SHIZEN Yoga Waiver
By registering and purchasing for the online classes operated by SHIZEN Yoga and its instructors the user consents to the following as a participant:

1. Participant consents to attending classes under the guidance of the instructor at participants own risk, taking care and responsibility for participants own safety and physical limits during class.

2. Participant understand that an online class experience will be similar to but different from classes in an actual studio and that the quality of sound and streaming also depends upon participants internet quality and device.

3. Participant understands that they will acquire their physicians consent confirming participant is in good physical condition for class participation if participant has any physical disabilities,  pregnancy, prior injury or prior congenital conditions currently under a doctors advice or care, and notify SHIZEN Yoga of condition as is needed for consideration in instructors class.

4. Participant understands that an online yoga class is not a replacement for medical consultation, diagnosis or treatment and acknowledge that SHIZEN Yoga Studio requires that participant consult their doctor in advance for any existing or pre conditions requiring such.

5. Participant  specifically agrees and holds harmless Shizen Studio, its officers, employees, agents , instructors and facilitators for any claim, demand, cause of action of any kind whatsoever for or on account of death, personal injury,  property damage  or loss of any kind resulting from or related to participant’s  participation in any online yoga classes.
