これは、ハサフライデーの5回クラス購入です。支払いが完了すると、Zoomリンクがクラスに送信されます。購入には、10日間のクラスレコーディングへのアクセスが含まれます。 このクラスではより幅広くアサナ（ポーズ）を紹介し、詳しい指示を加えながら高度なプロップ使用を行います。ヘッドスタンドとショルダースタンドの指示と練習もこのクラスに含まれます。(首に問題をお持ちの方は例外です) *日本語 クラスは英語を少し交えながら日本語で教えられます。 This is a 4 class purchase for Hatha Friday. Purchase includes access to class recording for 10 days. This class introduces more detailed instruction in standing and sitting poses and of yoga poses and includes the use of props. Headstand and Shoulder stand are taught and practiced in this class. (Exceptions and alternatives given for neck problems) Students familiar with alignment based yoga and practice regularly. *E/J Classes are taught in Japanese with English as needed.
